PRE-CONSTRUCTION

This is where we get to know you! We want to know your plans and goals, budget, and schedule. Help us find out what is most important to you and your family. This is where we set the expectations and start the journey for your renovation or addition!

CONSTRUCTION/RENOVATION/ADDITION

Construction is where your dreams turn into reality. We provide consistent and clear communication to maintain project expectations set during the pre-construction phase. We strive to be intentional in our actions, and do everything we can to bridge the relationship between the homeowner, contractor, and architect.

PERMITTING & SUBCONTRACTORS

Almost all of the projects we work on require permitting per the North Carolina State Building Code: Residential Code. We are a licensed residential contractor in North Carolina and capable of acquiring the necessary building permits to complete your project. We take pride in the work we perform, and complete the work in accordance with code requirements. We also partner with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing subcontractors that we have vetted, are licensed, and insured.
